  1. Authentic?

Sunglassesitaly.com is selling Designer Sunglasses online since 2004. We are based in Italy, were most of Manufacturers are located. We buy directly from them or from Authorized Retailers, we only sell what is in production in this moment. all our glasses have a 24 months International manufacturer guarantee that covers all production defects and not damages due to ordinary use of the item. All the glasses are shipped in their original case, hard or soft case according to the glasses model, and, if due by the manufacturer, they are sent with cleaning cloth, box and possible accessories you cannot order prescription lenses, but only eyewear or sunglasses. Eyeglasses have plastic demo lens.

  2. Safe to buy ?

Payment by Credit card: We accept all credit and debit card. Sunglassesitaly.com ensures a secure shopping experience by using the highest industry standards to safeguard your personal data and payment information from unauthorized access. When you click “Pay now” in our payment page after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to Banca Sella server (protected by the SSL3 security protocol with high-grade 128 bit encryption: the highest safety standard currently available using server-side certification) and subsequently to the international authorization circuits, where you can enter your credit car details and conclude your payment. For your security, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code at checkout. We only get a confirmation or denial of payment for a certain order, we never have or store your credit card data. Payment by Paypal: You may select PayPal as a payment method in your Cart. By clicking on pay now, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account details and conclude your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order. If you pay with credit card, when you place the order, the bank puts the amount in stand-by until the shipment of the goods, when the payment is really charged. In case the shipment has a delay, the payment can be charged on the 24th day from the date of the purchase, upon communication. If you pay with Paypal, the payment is outright charged. Payment by bank transfer: Please email us you want to pay by bank transfer, we will send all details.

  3. In Stock?

In our shop there are over 50 thousands style –colour combination, most of them are in our or manufacturers stock and can be delivered within one week from order, in case delivery is longer we will send you an email and ask if you want to wait or cancel your order. After we ship, we will email invoice and tracking number.

  4. Shipping, Tax, Duty, VAT?

Shipping cost will be shown at check out, depending on your Country. We ship by DHL , after shipping delivery time is from 24 to 72 hours depending on final destination. You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail on DHL site. Shipment to Countries like Russia, Brazil, Argentina or Canada, where Duty and Tax are requested to buyer upon arrival, we ship by Registered Mail, very safe and no duty to be paid, one week delivery after shipment. In any case is Customer responsibility to check first if any tax or duty has to be paid. if you are in European Union, the prices you see on Sunglassesitaly do include European VAT. You will not have to pay any extra amount for import taxes. if your country is not part of European Union, the prices you see on Sunglassesitaly do not include European VAT.

  5. How to return?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within 30 business days from the date of delivery. Special Offer Items are not returnable. 1. Please contact us by email, we will send you the Return Form. 2. Send us back the Return Form by email. 3. We will send you your “Return for Inspection Number” ( R1 ), that you have to write on the return box. The article you wish to return - can be sent back to us only after you have received your “Return for Inspection Number” ( R1 ). - The “Return for Inspection Number” ( R1 ) written on the box. - must be unused, unworn and not damaged: the product which has been purchased must be complete and returned in its original packaging, in all its parts, complete of all of its tags and accessories; so to avoid damaging the original case, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box; the application of stickers or adhesive tape directly on the original case must be avoided, all merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds and credits; - must be received by Sunglassesitaly.com of Soprea Italy s.r.l. within 30 business days from the date of delivery. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Sunglassesitaly.com. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Sunglassesitaly.com will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its sole discretion. Please note that a return may be asked once and only by following exactly the procedure. To facilitate the re-importation procedure, you must declare the item as "Commercial sample with no value", or we will have to charge you for any duties levied on to us by the Authorities. A little 12% restocking fee on the entire value of the order (item(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us. Shipping cost will be not refunded. The shipping cost will be paid by Sunglassesitaly.com only and exclusively when the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 5 business days. No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.). Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and within 30 days from receiving back the item. Credits may take up to 10 days to appear on the statement of your credit card; that’s depend on the type of credit card used or on your bank. UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund may encompass, but is not limited to, the following: - Description of colours and photo are provided by manufacturer according to their specifications. Colours in pictures may render slightly differently than in sunlight. Also individual perception of colours may be different. Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer) To save you money and time please ensure you have tried on the frame or sunglasses and they are exactly what you want. - Damaged or used merchandise by the customer.
